DAY 1: Learn the Growth2x Scorecard System and How to Double Your Revenues in Five Years or Less. 

We will kick off this EXCITING challenge on DAY ONE by doing a high-level review of the Growth2x Scorecard System and how you can use my strategic planning and digital transformation framework to position your company to increase revenue by at least 100 per cent in five years or less.

The Growth2x Assessment determines whether your company is positioned to grow 2x, 5x, or 10x within five years or less, like Google, Amazon, and Salesforce did in their early years, by benchmarking your performance as a company and a CEO against the 14 growth levers.

DAY 3: Learn How to Develop 
a Superior Growth Strategy.

After you’ve finished your Growth2x Assessment, the next step is to work on the first draft of your one-page strategy map.
Your strategy map aims to provide you with a tool to communicate your growth strategy to your employees on one page so everyone on your team understands the vision of the company and the plan to grow rapidly in a simple format.

We will also do a deep dive into the 14 growth levers (strategic objectives) and their respective KPIs. After completing this step, you will have greater clarity of the strategic objectives you need to set and what KPIs you need to manage to meet your rapid growth goals.
NOTE: On this day, we will give you access to a strategic planning software platform (FREE) that will help you build your strategic growth plan fast.

DAY 4: Learn How to Develop Superior Systems and Processes Using Growth Accelerators.

Superior systems and processes are the secret weapons of fast growers.

Now that you have started working on your first draft of your Strategic Growth Plan over the next three to five years by focusing on vision, purpose, growth levers, strategic objectives, and KPIs, it is time to move from focusing on what you want to achieve to how you are going to achieve your big vision.

We will walk you through how to set strategic initiatives and growth accelerators. If you are setting strategic initiatives or OKRs without growth accelerators, you are not optimizing your people, processes, and technology for maximum impact and faster growth.
You could be creating millions in wasted effort, inefficiencies, and missed profit opportunities via your current strategic planning process.

You see, growth accelerators are business process maps that include the tactics, processes, and technologies needed to execute your growth levers. They are the how-to of your strategic growth plan.

I have had the opportunity to work with great enterprise business leaders, such as Troy Roble, who in 2015, was the director of sales at SunPower. 

I was retained to architect the Salesforce enhancements for the residential solar sales division he led.

There, I had the opportunity to design business processes to enhance SunPower’s Salesforce CRM and build technology around growth lever number 3 (increase leads) and growth lever number 4 (increase conversions).
